The chilling film shows the empty bar's curtains being moved and chairs being turned around after staff had left for the night.
Then a shisha pipe slides slowly to the edge of a table before being hurled to the ground.
A
spooked waiter at the bar in Moscow, Russia - identified only as
Vyacheslav - told local media: "I sometimes hear a knocking on the door
when nobody is around."
Spooky psychometric tests found powerful magnetic readings inside the bar, indicating a strong spectral presence, said the experts.
The scientific team concluded that the suspected poltergeist might be attracted to waiter Vyacheslav whose "low spirit" would be visible to a ghost.
One officer said: "It seems more likely there was a break in and that for some technical reason the perpetrators were not recorded."
