Can you help identify this animal from the picture shown here?
It is unclear if this is an unverified picture of a “Bigfoot.” It was
recently discovered on a “trail cam” placed in the nearby mountains.
It was surprising, to say the least, when I discovered the image on the camera’s disc. What in the world can this be?
Carefully scrutinizing the image, it appears that the right arm shows
fingers as the animal grasps the base of the tree stump. It also has
elongated feet similar to a man’s appendages. Its fur is matted on the
back but thin on the arms and legs. Unfortunately, the head and face are
not shown by the image taken.

Ghost of Bank Robber seen at intersection (news video)
Marvin Amerson (left) |
Many people do and say they’ve seen the man who robbed a Wells Fargo Bank and killed himself when he was cornered by police.
A paranormal investigator says he’s been contacted by two people in East Memphis where the bank robber died.
Those who’ve apparently seen this ghost have seen it at the exact spot where the bank robber ended his life.
“I haven’t been looking but I will probably see it now that it is in my head,” said Lori McCaghren, who lives on Walnut Grove.
From her front door, McCaghren has the perfect view of the corner of Walnut Grove and Perkins. She has yet to see the ghost
“I mean, what time of day?” she asked.
“A shadowy figure that you can see through,” said Mike Einspanjer, the owner of Memphis Paranormal Investigations and grief counselor.
Einspanjer says he’s had two people contact him, a man and woman, about seeing Marvin Amerson at night, back from the dead.
Amerison killed himself July 23rd after robbing a Wells Fargo Bank on Poplar.
He took police on a chase and then crashed his van.
Instead of surrendering, Amerson ended his life.
Einspanjer says suicides often produce ghosts.

Five most haunted places in Mumbai ‘the city of dreams’
Mumbai is also known for its many structures that remind us of the
colonial past and some structures are said to be sinister or ghostly in a
way that instills fear.
Daily Bhaskar brings to you a list of the five most haunted places in the city that never sleeps. Even if someone steps in that area by compulsion or by mistake, they make sure that they leave that place before the sun sets in. With various stories doing the rounds, people do not know the real truth behind the rumors. But Mumbaikars are sure of one thing, i.e., they do not wish to tread that area for any reason.

Tower of Silence: The Tower of Silence is actually a Parsi
cemetery situated rather picturesquely on Malabar Hill in South Mumbai.
Zoroastrians or the Parsis left the bodies of their dead for vultures to
feed on. In this way they believed that they were returning to nature
the same they had taken from it. The winding road that leads down the
hill is particularly desolate and eerie at night and the place has
become recognized as a kind of ghoulish hangout.
Haunted village pub reopens in Derbyshire, UK
One of the most haunted pubs in Derbyshire is welcoming in punters once again after being restored to its former glory.
One of the most haunted pubs in Derbyshire is welcoming in punters once again after being restored to its former glory.
The Yew tree Inn on Manor Road, South Wingfield, may look like a quaint village venue, but if personal accounts are to be believed - the spirits aren’t just behind the bar.
Owner Martin Barnaville has spent £7,000 restoring the original oak beams at the premises - which some suggest has existed in the village site the 15th Century
He said: “This is such an historical pub and very popular with the villagers and we have spent weeks restoring it to its original condition or, as I say, out with the new and in with the old!”
Landlord and landlady Martin, 61, and wife Sarah, 41, have operated the pub since 2006, but decided to lease it out to tenants in September 2012. When those tenants left in March this year, the couple felt it was time to take over the reigns once again.

Tourists' in shock as Morag monster of Loch Morar makes an appearence
SHE has been quiet for more than two decades without even the hint of a recorded sighting…
But now Scotland’s second most famous Loch monster – Morag of Loch Morar – has made a comeback.
Holidaymaker Doug Christie, a recently retired oil industry engineer not given to flights of fancy, said he couldn’t believe his eyes when he saw a solid 20ft black shape in the water.
He and wife Charlotte say they saw the beast three times during a stay at Kisimuil B&B by the loch. Doug, 66, from Brechin, Angus, said: “I could not believe my eyes.
“I am not the type to get excited unduly but this just couldn’t be explained.
“It was a large black shape on the loch that looked just like a bit of a submarine and around the same size.
Charlotte said: “I thought it was a whale. We saw it three times in the space of two days.
“The longest sighting was about 10 minutes before it submerged again.”

Photographer claims 'black object' glided beneath surface of Loch Ness (video)
A freak wave breaks the still waters of Loch Ness - but could it have been the monster?
Amateur photographer David Elder claims a “solid black object” gliding beneath the lake’s surface caused the sudden ripple.
David, 50, was focusing in a swan at Fort Augustus on the south-west end when he spotted the “creature”.
David, of East Kilbride, said: “Out of the corner of my right eye I caught site of a black area of water about 15ft long which developed into a kind of bow wave.
"I'm convinced this was caused by a solid black object under the water. The water was very still at the time and there were no ripples coming off the wave and no other activity on the water.
"Water was definitely going over something sold and making the wave. It looks like the sort of wave perhaps created by a windsurfing board but there was nobody on the Loch at the time, no boats, nothing.
"It is something I just can't explain."

Horned Sea Monster washes ashore in Spain
The
decomposing corpse of a bizarre creature that recently washed ashore in
Spain has local wondering what the hell it could be: A sea monster? A
dragon? Falcor from The Neverending Story?
The horned beast was first spotted last Thursday by a beachgoer in the Andalusian village of Villaricos.
Photos of
the "mutant fish," which is said to be about four meters (13 feet) in
length, soon surfaced online, and the local Civil Defense was called in
to examine the remains.
But so far, nada.
"We have no idea what it could be, but it smells bad," Civil Defense rep María Sánchez told a local news site.
Several theories have been put forth by experts, including the possibility that it is a type of shark, but the Association in Defense of Marine Fauna says further study is needed.
The biologists have their work cut out for them: As the Civil Defense was forced to bury the creature for "health reasons," the association only has photos snapped at the scene to go by.

'Ghostbuster' arrested for conducting exorcism with penis
According to Haizhu district police, on July 23 a man, surnamed Huang, visited a feng shui store and struck up a conversation with the sales assistant Xin (pseudonym). After a brief display of what sounds like basic cold-reading, Huang convinced Xin that he had supernatural powers and told her he was a 'Master Dragon Seeker'. Huang also introduced Xin to his female disciple, Youxin, a "female geomancer".
On July 30, Youxin and Xin met for tea. After Xin confessed an unrequited love for an older man, Youxin told her to book a room at a nearby hotel, specifically Room A12 on the 4th floor as that was where the "chi" was most powerful. "We've done many rituals there before," Youxin said.
After she had taken a shower, Xin was told to put on some lingerie. "This way, we can see what's in your body", said Youxin. After examining her the "geomancer" told Xin that someone had put a curse on her and that "only my master can set you free".

UFO "Car" on road freaks out New Zealand man
A West Coast man is 'freaked out' after coming face to face last night with what he claims was a UFO, parked on the road outside the entrance to Shantytown.
Matthew Robert, a mechanic from Rutherglen, insists he is not alone and that three other cars were also confronted by the night-time visitor on Rutherglen Road, south of Greymouth, about 8.45pm.When the car-shaped object suddenly lifted into the sky in a blinding light, he and the other drivers left in such a hurry they left skid marks on the road.
"I was changing a CD as I was driving and when I looked up I saw what looked like a car without its lights on, stopped in the middle of the road outside Shantytown. I slammed on my brakes and my eyes were still trying to focus, when suddenly the thing just lit up and shot into the sky," Mr Robert said.
"When I came to my senses I noticed that there were three other cars that had stopped on the other side of the road as well. It's weird that no one else has come forward because those people obviously would have seen the same thing I did."

Actress Lily Collins Claims She Encountered Ghost In Ireland (video)
HOLLYWOOD actress Lily Collins said she was haunted by the ghost of a seven-year-old girl while staying in Dublin.
The actress was in Dublin earlier this year filming new movie ‘The Mortal Instruments: City of Bones’ – which also stars Love/Hate’s Robert Sheehan. She was staying in the Shelbourne Hotel while on location.
And she won’t forget her time there any time soon, she said said when she appeared on ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’.
She told host Jimmy Fallon that she felt a “presence” in her hotel room – or more specifically, a person.
“I open my eyes and I hear a giggle,” she said.
“And then I felt a rush of air across my body and I heard all these doors slamming, like fire doors - the ones you don’t hear opening, but then the air - it closes.
“Three of them - and there were three doors outside my room,” the 24-year-old actress said.
Lily, who is the daughter of singer Phil Collins, spoke to staff the following morning about the incident.
She said that she was then told stories about a ghost named Mary Masters.
Mysterious "Angel" priest performs miracle at site of Mercedes crash (video)
CENTER, MO. -- Rescue workers want to thank a higher power for coming to the rescue early Sunday morning.
Emergency crews spent an hour and a half trying to extricate a 19-year-old Quincy woman trapped in her in crushed car on Missouri 19 near Center, Mo.
The Missouri Highway Patrol said Aaron Smith, 26, crossed the center line and struck Katie Lentz head-on.
Now, friends, family and those who rescued Lentz would love to find and thank a mysterious priest who they say helped make the rescue possible.
New London Fire Chief Raymond Reed said rescue crews spent the first 45 minutes after the accident trying to get Lentz out of a car to no avail Sunday morning shortly after 9 a.m. The metal on an older model Mercedes dulled the department's equipment.
"It was a very well-built car, and when you compact materials like that one, they become even stronger because you're cutting through multiple things instead of one layer," Reed said.
Reed says Lentz was pinned in between the steering wheel and the seat. After 45 minutes passed, medical workers told rescue crews that Katie was failing and fast. That's when Reed decided to move the car, which was standing on its side, back on all four wheels.
About an hour into the rescue, Katie asked rescue workers to pray out loud with her. That's when a priest appeared out of no where.

UFO caught on surveillance in Florida. (video)
NAPLES, FL - A video showing lights hovering over a pool is the talk of
Naples. Residents say they have never seen anything like it -- and
experts aren't sure either.
Monday night, security officer Debralee Thomas was watching the camera feed from behind a Gulfshore Boulevard condo building just across the street from Venetian Village, when she noticed strange lights swoop in over the pool.
"I realized that it was something that wasn't normal, so I was like 'oh my, what is that,'" Thoma said.
At first glance, what she saw almost looked like a saucer-shaped object up top. Then the object went down into the pool and expanded like a web -- moving back and forth.
After nearly thirty minutes, the object started to disappear.
Thomas said bugs fly up to their cameras all the time, but this was further away.
"It was down on the ground but some of that webbing was longer and it made a funnel down into the pool. Whatever it was doing in the pool, I don't know," Thomas said.
The video was sent to MUFON, a UFO organization in Ohio. Officials at MUFON say it is one of the most fascinating videos they have seen in a while.
They are analyzing it, but they don't think it is a hoax. That's what Thomas' coworkers thought at first, until they saw the video their selves.

Mysterious dark line appears in Florida sky.
DUNEDIN — Mike Weight was strolling the beach at Honeymoon Island about noon Wednesday when he saw something weird.
A black line appeared against the bright blue sky, shooting down from a cloud into the gulf.
"At first I thought it was an optical illusion because it was like a dark piece of sky with a light sky background," Weight said. "You could see through it."
Maybe it's a waterspout, he thought. That theory faded quickly. This was no funnel cloud.
Confused, the 73-year-old Clearwater resident pulled out his phone and took a couple of pictures.
He emailed them to the Times, attached with a note.
"Any idea what this was?"
Mike Clay, chief meteorologist at Bay News 9, didn't know what the black line was either. He shared the photos with several other weather experts.

Missouri rancher suspects aliens mutilated her cows (video)
HENRY COUNTY, Mo. - A Missouri rancher is getting tired of making
disturbing discoveries on her Henry County land. Lyn Mitchell said she
is out of reasonable explanations for what's to blame for killing her
livestock.
Mitchell said she's normally a private person, but the deaths of three of her cattle have her speaking out.
"It's just something I want some answers to," she said.
Mitchell found the first cow in December 2011.
"She had obviously been cut on the side of her jaw," Mitchell said. "Her tongue was gone, her ear was gone."
She initially assumed the animal had fallen victim to teenagers or was part of a sacrificial ritual, until earlier this month. Mitchell made the next discovery on July 9.
"I looked first to see her tongue was gone, then immediately noticed the udder had been completely removed," Mitchell said.
The reproductive organs were gone too, Mitchell said. A char mark outlining the cow's body - still visible today - made the death even more mysterious.

Hikers capture footage of 'Bigfoot' in Canada (video)
It has been the stuff of legends for as long as hikers have been traipsing through the wilderness.
But whether you believe this figure caught on camera by hikers in the Canadian wilderness is actually the legendary Bigfoot, or just a man in an ape suit, is all a matter of opinion.
Either way the sighting of the figure, which appears covered in thick black hair and is seen lumbering across the mountain top, has sparked plenty of excitement among Bigfoot fans.
In the footage the figure walks from the trees into the open, pausing briefly before disappearing back into the trees.
It remains unclear exactly where the video was shot but it is believed to have been filmed on a trail near Mission, in British Columbia.
The footage has been viewed thousands of times on YouTube with believers claiming it is evidence that the ape-like creature, known as sasquatch, actually exists.
Huge mysterious pentagram in remote Kazakhstan
Conspiracy theorists, start your engines: On the windblown steppes of
central Asia, in an isolated corner of Kazakhstan, there's a large
pentagram etched into Earth's surface. And now an archaeologist has
revealed the source of the mysterious structure.
The five-pointed star surrounded by a circle, located on the southern shore of the Upper Tobol Reservoir, shows up vividly on Google Maps. There are almost no other signs of human habitation in the area; the closest settlement is the city of Lisakovsk, about 12 miles (20 kilometers) to the east.
The region surrounding Lisakovsk is riddled with ancient archaeological ruins. Bronze Age settlements, cemeteries and burial grounds — many of which have yet to be explored — dot the windswept landscape.
What is this bizarre symbol, measuring roughly 1,200 feet (366 meters) in diameter, doing on the side of a desolate lake in northern Kazakhstan? Naturally, many online comments have already linked the site with devil worship, nefarious religious sects or denizens of the underworld.
It certainly doesn't help that, upon zooming into the center of the pentagram, viewers will see two places highlighted by previous visitors to Google Maps: One spot is called Adam, the other, Lucifer — a name often linked to Satan.
