Ghost Hunter dies after investigation

In the past, paranormal researchers were exclusively limited to academia but in 2004 TV introduced the world to the first amateur investigators.

Understanding that knowledge and experience were all that was required for investigators the paranormal world opened up.

Over the years countless teams have exploded all-over the world. Paranormal research is making astounding strides but many are unaware of the dangers of investigating the unknown.

In 2011 Night Whispers Paranormal Research/Investigations was started in Clinton, North Carolina with a goal of investigating claims of possible paranormal activity by using a wide array of equipment and methods.

They were gathering a few like-minded friends that volunteered to be investigators.

As with many amateur investigators they were extremely well-versed at researching the paranormal but were not really aware of the dangers.

Night Whispers Paranormal investigated a private vacant home in late October with reports of paranormal activity, among the investigators were Sara Harris their evidence analyst/ EVP specialist and her husband Shane Harris their tech-specialist.

When it came to safety at the investigation site, the team noticed nothing out of the ordinary.

A little over a week later Shane noticed that his wife, Sara had become feverish and had trouble breathing.

Sara Harris had developed a lung infection due to breathing in contaminated air during their latest paranormal investigation. She fell ill on October 29th but by November 7th she was on life-support. Sara Harris passed away on November 25th.

Her husband, Shane is now reaching out to the paranormal community to remind them of the very real dangers of investigating.
